Delivery is made to the address specified during checkout. Risks of loss pass to you once the products leave our premises at 61 James Street, Balclutha. We use local Otago-based logistics to ensure your package arrives safely, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 7: Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, WMKORMO’z shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
